Alisha has always been crafty and has held a camera in her hand since she was 10 years old. She is a nature lover and has always enjoyed capturing its beauty. When she started working with Molly in the fall of 2018, she realized she also enjoyed creating magic with it. She oversaw and managed Fleurs Petite from 2018 until 2022, when she passed the baton to Joanna to raise her 3 little munchkins. She has thankfully returned back to us this season to take over as our Logistics Manager for Fleur Events.

Paul is one the most talented floral designers you will ever come across. He began his career in the floral industry alongside Molly. He owned his own very successful event business and ultimately decided he wanted to focus solely on the design aspect of the industry. This is where his talents take over and we are extremely grateful. Paul is an essential part of our team and simply would not be the same without him. He handles all of our mechanics and is the best engineer and floral designer all wrapped into one.

Joanna started her floral career as a florist at Trader Joes and oversaw the department for 3 years when her paths crossed with Molly. She began to freelance with her in 2020 and the rest was History. Joanna now oversees and manages Fleurs Petite, our online marketplace for wedding floral. She helps where she's needed so you can find her behind the counter at the shop during the week or designing alongside Molly on event days.

Jen Rose is an internationally published fashion and wedding photographer who began her journey in the world of floral design in 2017 when she sparked an interest in preserving flowers. This newfound interest led her to a flower shop, where she mentored under a classically talented florist named Sandie Booth. She started freelancing throughout the Boston area for numerous acclaimed local florists. This is when she crossed paths with Molly in 2018, and the rest was history. She is now a pillar on our team and handles every and anything thrown her way with ease and elegance.
